Step 1: Sample session
Your first 30 minutes session is free. During this sample session, you get your first insight as to how could our coaching partnership look like. It helps us both to see if we are well-fitted to work together and I can determine how could I best support your goals. We can use a concrete topic of your choice or alternatively I can support you in identifying topics to work on.
Why is the sample session free?
A real coaching experience with an educated coach is the best way to understand what can coaching offer you. Through the sample session, we can determine if the coaching partnership will be a good one and the ” feel is right”.

Step 2: Working together towards your goal
During the free sample session, we decide on how to continue. Coaching is like a journey with some attractions to visit and therefore it is advisable to start with a package of a minimum of 8 sessions to allow for deeper work around a subject. In specific cases, a single session is useful and possible too. We would determine that ahead.
One session lasts 60 minutes and the price for a package or a session depends on how many sessions you book and also on the context (private or business) and if the travel time and costs might occur. To keep costs low and to be independent of any location, online coaching is a wonderful working option. In fact, in today’s interconnected work, a great majority of individual coaching happens either online or over the phone.
Step 3: Revision and Completion
Upon completion of the agreed set of sessions, we will jointly review if the original objectives have been achieved, what transformation has occurred, what new skills, behaviour, and approaches have you learned. We will also agree on how to maintain the reached changes. Many clients, witnessing positive advancement of coaching in their lives, decide to continue in the coaching relationship addressing other issues of their lives. The choice is entirely yours.
