I speak on the realities of career and life transitions, especially for mid-career humanitarian and purpose-driven professionals. After 23 years in senior leadership roles with the International Committee of the Red Cross and Habitat for Humanity International, I now work as a Career & Transition Coach (PCC, CPCC) supporting professionals to successfully design their next chapter beyond humanitarian aid.
As a speaker, I have delivered talks, trainings, and webinars for international NGOs, leadership development programmes. My sessions range from keynote-style inspiration to practical workshops on topics such as:
